Josephine had always been a stay-at-home mom who raised six kids. When she had to go to work, she was hired by Boeing and worked there for 17 years. This job was only the second paying job she’d had in her entire life. She was a devoted Boeing employee who considered the company the best place in the world to work and felt she was lucky to be able to work there.
